Looked on Colnect website, and it is not listed, so looked elsewhere and still no nearer having any substantial information for you.
It is though, a German inflation Notgeld banknote.
Very nice banknote, which I have never seen before. Hope it is amongst other German Notgeld , in a collection.
It's a Gift coupon from the city of Koln, in Germany for the amount of 75,000,000,000 Mark. I think that the right amount of zeros. Wasn't worth much back in those days.
But nice find and looks to be in good shape.
