1973 Egyptian Mule coin perhaps ? [opgelost]

At first I though this coin was a 1973 10 Milliemes from Egypt, but reverse is different. I also found that another Egyptian coin has the same reverse but different obverse, 10 Qirsh October War. Is my coin some sort of mule, or am I missing something. Your help is greatly appreciated.
