Initially, the FNMT-RCM of Spain coordinated the production of the coins in the series from various mints, combining them into sets, and falling well short of production targets.

The worldwide Schön catalog, Weltmünzkatalog 20. Jahrhundert 1901 - 2000 46.Auflage (2018/19) ISBN 978-386646-152-9, lists 6,000 as the final production for this coin on page 1912 Schön catalog N° 267:


Mint is the FNMT-RCM of Spain.

Finally, the FNMT-RCM of Spain took over production of the Ibero-American series in 2002, producing coin sets until its multinational licenses were fulfilled.

The 13th coin in the center is the medal described in the certificate.

The actual number of sets produced was 6,000, as shown by examining the worldwide Schön catalog, Weltmünzkatalog 20. Jahrhundert 1901 - 2000 46.Auflage (2018/19) ISBN 978-386646-152-9 for the 12 constituent coins.

According to the certificate, the FNMT-RCM of Spain coordinated and distributed the sets for the 3rd series.

The planned mintage of this issue was 20,000. But finally, the real mintage, based on demand, was much lower. I remember branches of banks in Spain gave this set if you opened an account with the payroll domiciled.

I've ordered some 2019 coins from a wholesaler in Peru. Wonder if they'll ever make it into a traditional catalog?

Schön advances the years of their catalog, yet they haven't changed the ISBN or edition number.

Have documents from the central bank just in case the graders are curious!
