I'm very interested in this one since it looks good to me however I don't know much about early US coins. Two very important pieces of information to determine its authenticity are the coins size and weight. Please add size and weight to your post.
Regardless if the coins is real or not as far as I can tell it was cleaned at some point.

Size is good, weight is also good considering the amount of wear. I'm not an expert on US coins, especially not on such rare ones but I'd say it's either real of a very good fake.

Nice coin. Everything looks right on it. I see it as VF20 cleaned. Normal date, 7 / 6 stars obverse, 13 stars reverse, berries reverse but not sure of berry size.
