I can't find much information about this coin - i t seems to be a kind of special medal or price ?

Is this a coin with special value for someone ? Or do we have to look at it as a "damaged" coin ?

Do you think EHR means "Ehren" ?

Its I think from an old saying.
wer den Pfennig nicht ehrt, der ist die Mark nicht wert.
the 1 Pfennig coin is also a symbol of good luck.

so Probably someones good luck coin and a post mint damage.

​Indeed Ehr comes from Ehren, so it must have been a present or a kind of medal, and presonally i think these things were given to people who did something special in de numis world, like a special thanks for a member of a club. The inscription is certainly not Original.
Anyway - funny coin, i'll keep it :-)
