Can someone please help me identify this coin? Size of a quarter 25 mm. About half thick as US quarter. Believe dame composition as US Quarter. Thank you in advance. Possibly Egypt?

Yes, it is a 5 Rials coin.
From your second image, when rotated to the right,
there is ۲۵۳۶ or 2536 (1977) date below design.
