Capture of Gibraltar 50p 2004

Hi,1st time user of this forum.
I have a Capture of Gibraltar 50p dated 2004,according to mintage figures etc,this coin doesn't appear to exist on any database.It would have been minted by Tower Mint.I have emailed them over the past 10 months that I have had coin but to no avail.
I hope that someone on this site would be able to help me with it.
I have added pictures of both 2004 50p's for comparison

Of the 245 members that claim to own coins on that link in the first reply,
there are 244 with 2005 date, and 1 has the 2004 date.
