Date is significantly shifted on a 1996 Mexican 1 peso. Error or 3rd type? Pics included.

I know it is a 1996 1 Peso but is this a new date type or an error? The date appears shifted significantly to the right of those found on the Numista page as do others in my family. The 6 here is not over the right line on the big central one, whereas on others it is halfway over the one. Any ideas?

​Thanks for the help have you ever seen one like it? I looked through images of 1996 1 peso coins last night online and I couldn't seem to find one similar. I am emailing the Mexican Nation Numismatic Museum and the Mexican mint for help.

​At least I never looked for it, since it wasn't described anywhere. Unfortunately I left Mexico in 1986 after a 9 years stay, so I didn't have the possibility to find it, but I'll look through my doubles.....

I only had one double from 1996 and it was the year high, but centered, over the 1!

​Yes, your coin is not common, but out of my 3 coins plus your 3 or '4, I can not really say it is odd, but at least peculiar

Well I found 6 of the 1996 1 peso . None of them with a shifted date, all normal.

A 1996, not this 3 rd type but interesting mintmark
