1828 Phoenix with eagle of 1831 20 lepta

Reeded, very good details, ​​​​​​but presumably a fake, perhaps a fourree? Searched but did not find anything similar.

Besides 1831/20 lepta style eagle,
other ''tells'' include:
•Legend too close to denticles
•Phoenix misspelled
• 21 mm, not 20 mm

Any ideas?

Probably an imitation, but so badly done that I wouldn't even call it a fake.

Must be a modern remake, in view of the spelling error in ΦΟΙΝΙE (instead of ΦΟΙΝΙΞ). A contemporary counterfeiter would never have done that.
