More reason why a 'Community & Complementary Currency Notes' section is needed.

All Notgeld & other very local notes should be listed in there - except for the 3 Notgeld notes from Liechtenstein & the emergency notes from 1970's San Marino.

I definately see why there is room for conversation. I would have thought that local currency would encompass this all nicely. But honestly, I need to let the experts hash this out..

The main catalogue should be for notes that were in circulation widely.

Those that have been in circulation in a very localised area, such as Notgeld, should be listed in a separate section for Complementary & Community Currency Notes.

Yes, it is.

They served as emergency currencies during a severe coin shortage.
