Whenever i am scouring eBay for coins i always come across UNC sets from obscure and rare nations - however they usually come from China... which raises automatic red flags.
I have yet to purchase any as i am cautious. I was just wondering what you all thought and whether you felt these were genuine or fake!
He has 6000 lots, I did not go through all of them, but the ones I saw were not fakes. Plus the coins/tokens he sells are not that expensive to make a fake. Plus, reviews are good.

This is what i thought.. a lot of the coins listed would not be worthwhile to produce fakes.
I also saw the reviews which are all great - maybe i should take a chance and buy a few lots to fill some spaces in my collection.
I have bought some cheap UNC paper money from a couple of Chinese sellers similar to the one you posted (as an example).
Here's what I learned:
the items are not fake but the sellers are notoriously unreliable at accurately listing items (I got the wrong date of a 'lot' of banknotes- the BV difference was substantial)
they will take a long while to arrive (some may ship from a NA address)
their grading- take it with a grain of salt (some items were more AU than UNC)!
they will accept "Returns" but may reply in Chinese (ie- so it may be tough going)
some packaged notes perfectly / others less so
I actually did not return the item my last seller incorrectly labelled b/c the return shipping just made it too expensive (so it was just not worth it) & took it as "lesson learned." Good luck!
I was interested in buying a book from this seller. I read the item description, I noticed: "publication date: 1964". Experience tells me that the advertised publication date is not always true. So I looked through the photos and noticed the colophon does not feature. I sent the seller a message asking for a photo of the colophon. The seller replied claiming "it may [be] lost or have no printing and publishing details". The seller also told me these books were normally printed between 1968 and 1971.

Also beware of mixed LOTS of X, Y or Z described WORLD coins (or banknotes) with the caveat: "this image is just a representation & the item sold may not be actual serial number, signature, dates nor the nations depicted" &/or other such warnings to that effect. There are a lot of such WORLD listings (both lots, singles & not just from China) so buyer beware.
