Can anyone help identify the coin and tell more about this coin?

It looks like Coin from the Kingdom of Travancore.

Weight: 0.41 g
Diameter: 5-6 mm
Non-magnetic

The first posting is titled:

"Travancore, Silver Chuckram, Rama Varman IV. ca. 1860-1880"

and has coins like yours.

I agree, I think this is a silver chuckram of Travancore, probably under Rama Varma IV (1860-1880). There are many of these in Zeno, for example

The striking position for the second side is off-center.

While it is true that the Venad kasu and other South Indian coins have many dots, the kasu is of bronze and I don't think the pattern matches.

​That is very interesting, Seeker 55. Because I also looked at the kasus of the Chera Dynasty (Kingdom of Venad)!
