could anyone identify this coin and possible origin

Looks like a modern copy of an obole or denier of Richard the Lionheart, struck for use in his French territories. The obverse has clearly been copied: https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces56743.html But the reverse bears little resemblance to the original.

I'd assume the reverse is a copy of an English short cross coin of Henry II, Richard I, John or Henry III eg: https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces55927.html
