​Hi kennynielsen. The Byzantine-style crown (obverse) looks at though it has three fleur-de-lis points. The cross side (reverse) looks similar to William the Conqueror (William I of England) penny Type VI (1079-82) and Type VII (1082-84). But also William II Type I (1088-91) and Type IV (1096-98)

Possibly a Byzantine Empire or a Crusader state's coin.
