New currency needed for Paraguay [opgelost]

Hi Team,

Could you please help me to create the following new currency called as: Cut and Countermarked coinage (1844-1872) onto Paraguay Country (Coins)?

E.g bellow:

According to the most important paraguayans coin catalogue (Pratt Mayans 3rd Edition 2013), ​​​Gold & Silver coins from other countries were in circulation as well as great quantities of cut coins.
By other way paraguayans numismatics are aware of the existence of a small die wich various coins from other countries were remarked.

The use of cut coins was abolished throughout the Republic by a Decree dated 24 February 1872.
