Hello, I would like to know what rupee it is?
(Is the inscription Arabic?
Is there a catalog or a particular way to identify indian rupee and to identify the marks on the edge?
(are they test marks?) ).
thanks.

A nice example of an Akbar rupee (AD 1556-1605), Ilahi type, mint Ahmadabad, KM#93.2, similar to this one

The Ilahi year shows a clear 4 and a partial probable 9, so I would call it Ilahi 49 (approx. 1604 AD).

Yes, test (Shroff) marks are common on Mughal silver rupees.
