Hello, there is not much to go on - on this coin... The obverse looks Roman or maybe a later period kings?!?!
Couldn't find it in the Numista... so I need your help, perhaps somebody came across something similar...?!!?

Here's what I know about it:
Metal: Copper
Weight: 3.6g
Diameter: 19.0 - 21.0mm...

Thank you in advance... :)
Filip IV of Spain.

Thank you Stormbass for your reply... Based on your info - I found this coin in the Krause catalog.
However, the catalog has no image of it - it only has detailed description of each coin that were minted
at the times... The coin above is KM# 56 and it belongs to Naples & Sicily Kingdom that was ruled by Spanish
Kings from 1503-1714... So Naples Kingdom at the time was part of Spanish Empire... The denomination (as you provided) is 3 Cavalli - you can read about Cavalli on wikipedia - here... Cavalli were used in Naples and Maravedis coins in Spain region... Thank you again... :)
