Possible China or Vietnam coin? [opgelost]

I am brand new to coin collecting and just recently bought some "world coins" online to start collecting. I am not entirely sure where this one is from or if its even a real currency coin. Its really thin and looks coppery? Again, im not pro just trying to see what i got if anything. Thanks in advance!
