my grandfather handed me down his coin collection and stumbled upon a 1981 5 Stotinki 2nd Coat of Arms which isn't a listed date. any help?

The difference is the obverse lettering. Above the design on most coins is
НАРОДНА РЕПУБЛИКА
but only on the 1981 coins is
ХИЛЯДА И ТРИСТА ГОДИНИ
All other details are the same.
